Pricing Policy

1. Currency & Pricing

• Prices are based on current exchange rates.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Each package includes services as clearly mentioned (e.g., accommodation, transfers, meals, taxes).

• Any additional charges (e.g., activities, excursions, spa services) not mentioned in the booking confirmation will be charged separately by the hotel.

3. Price Accuracy

• We strive to keep all pricing up to date and accurate. However, in rare cases of human or technical error, we reserve the right to correct any pricing mistake and re-issue the invoice.

4. Taxes & Service Charges

• Maldives government taxes and resort service charges are included in the package.

• Any new tax changes by the Maldivian authorities will be applied to bookings, even after confirmation.

5. Final Payment

• Prices confirmed at the time of booking will remain fixed once full payment is received, regardless of currency fluctuations or later rate changes.

Cancellation Charges 

• More than 16 days before arrival:
  No hotel cancellation fee will apply. However, flight cancellation charges will be applied as per airline policy.

• 14 days or less before arrival:

  • 100% of the hotel booking is non-refundable.

  • 50% of the flight ticket amount will be charged.

• No-show / Early check-out:
  Full charges apply for both hotel and flight – 100% non-refundable.

Note: Any changes to travel dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
