Refund & Cancellation Terms and Conditions

To cancel a holiday, the lead name on the booking must notify us as soon as possible. Phone cancellations must be followed by a written confirmation to [email protected] within 24 hours.
Cancellations are effective upon written confirmation. A cancellation invoice will be sent within 7 days. If not received, contact us immediately.
Please note the following policy regarding flight ticket cancellations:
More than 14 days before departure: 75% refund of package price (excluding flight tickets)
14 to 4 days before departure: 50% refund of package price (excluding flight tickets)
Within 4 days of departure: No refund on package price (excluding flight tickets)
No-show: 100% of trip fees charged
Bank transaction fees apply to all refunds
Credit/Debit Card: 15 business days
Bank Transfer: 5 business days
Cash/Cheque: 10 business days
Refunds made in a currency other than USD will be calculated based on the dollar rate at the time of the original booking.

If you wish to change any part of your holiday, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Requests must be made in writing by the original booker. If changes are possible:
A $55 administration fee will be applied per booking
Additional charges may apply depending on the change
If you downgrade and cancel, cancellation will apply on the original booking amount
Hotel rooms are typically available from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and must be vacated by 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
In rare cases (e.g. overbooking, construction, etc.), we may need to change your accommodation. We will provide an alternative of equal or better standard, or refund the price difference if only lower standard accommodation is available.
Weather information is based on official meteorological data and is for guidance only. We are not liable for disruptions due to weather conditions, especially in tropical destinations.
